We are sure that other private tour services can be good too as there are a lot of people passionate by this wonderful city of Paris. However, we can tell you that as a native Parisian, who has lived almost all his life in this city and absolutely loves it, our founder Quentin will be able to provide you with very interesting knowledge and insider secrets about the city. This is a very common question. There is actually not a single answer. It all depends on you and your party. Indeed, this is your holiday and we can discuss it in order for you to make the best decision. 

Some people will prefer a Premium Package because they might want a knowledgeable local to give them all the details on main Paris neighborhoods. Some others will opt for a 2-hour historical private tour as they prefer to mainly walk on their own except for a specific neighborhood where a local private guide will make the difference. Every person is different and we fully adapt to that. 

It is very important that we communicate easily when we are planning your holiday. Indeed, communication is the best way to create the most successful holidays for you and this is really what we both want. Therefore, we are available by WhatsApp, Skype or email, depending on what you prefer. Moreover, time difference will not be a problem as we will always find a solution for timing (we can be available late or wake up early if this is what fits your planning). 

Of course, our tours are completely flexible! The idea is that we create together the perfect bespoke tour for you. Therefore, every tour is unique and then flexibility is the key. We will always try to recommend you the best options regarding your preferences but we are of course open to any specific ideas that you may have. Again, we really consider communication as the foundation of a successful collaboration and that is why we make a point of being flexible. 

Yes, you can pay by credit card. Our online secured bank payment platform accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We are using credit card payment by Stripe.

You can cancel your booking for free until one week before the day of the tour. If you cancel less than a week before the agreed day then you will only get a 50% refund.

Were it to rain on the day of the tour, the tour would be maintained and would still be going as planned. Rain in Paris does not usually last a full day and Paris also has several very nice inside places to visit to avoid the rain.

Yes, there is no problem about that. Solo travelers can also book our tours, as much as any other group up to 8 people. If your party is more than 8 people, please contact us and we will see if we can arrange something.
